Delete a Clockroll account

Clockroll is published by Vexel Graph Technologies Private Limited (brand: Vexel Labs).

If you are a worker

Your employer created your login and controls your records. To remove your login and personal data:

1. Ask your employer's Clockroll admin to remove you, or
2. Email privacy@vexellabs.org from the address on your login, with your employer's name and the subject "Delete my Clockroll account". We will confirm your identity and forward the request to your employer, or act on it directly where we are responsible.

If you are a business admin

To close your business's account and delete all of its data, email privacy@vexellabs.org from the admin email on the account with the business name and the subject "Close my Clockroll account". Export any payroll and attendance records you must keep before you ask.

What is deleted

• Logins, profiles and contact details.
• Attendance records, location data and check-in photos.
• Pay details, payroll results, payslips, advances, leave, rosters, time entries and appraisals.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a confirmed request. We keep only what the law requires, such as billing and tax records of our own invoices, and delete it once the legal period ends.
